Neomi Rao is Trump's "regulatory czar." She killed the Clean Power Plan, censored climate language, and gutted efforts to close the gender pay gap. As a Trump-appointed lifetime federal judgeship, she's already attacked due process and dismissed charges against Michael Flynn.

Ajit Pai is the Chair of the Federal Communications Commission. Under his watch, the FCC ended net neutrality, which keeps the internet open, free and accessible to everyone. This harms many communities—including South Asians who rely on multilingual content.

Seema Verma is the Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. She has publicly mocked attempts to offer Medicaid for All, and defended work mandates that have dropped healthcare coverage for thousands.

She has been described as being part of a coalition that takes a “hardline position” on immigration. Nikki Haley is the former US Ambassador to the United Nations. She defended Trump’s Muslim ban and the decision to declare Jerusalem the capital of Israel. After clashes in Gaza left hundreds of Palestinians dead, she praised Israel’s “restraint.” During her tenure, the US withdrew from the UN Humans Rights Council. She also affirmed that Palestinian right of return should be “taken off the table” in future peace talks.
